Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a relaxing way to start your new year with both feet firmly on the ground. Classes begin Tuesday, January 28, 2020 @ 4:30 PM.
 
Event is open to all community adult members, no child care provided.
 
 
Please wear loose fitting clothing and flexible closed toe shoes.
